Presentation Specimens do not carry the specimen overprint but have an all zero serial number. Being AA 96 this is the first prefix for the first year of the polymer $100. Signed by Fraser Evans. There is no restriction of ownership on these specimens as there may be on formal specimens unless they have been specifically gifted by the Reserve Bank of Australia.
